These options were granted under the Company's: (i) 2008 Performance Share Plan (20,287 shares); (ii) 2009 Performance Share Plan (28,500 shares); (iii) 2011 Performance Share Plan (7,086 shares); and (iv) 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme (20,642 shares). These shares were immediately sold at £3.40 per ordinary share.\n76,515 shares are to be transferred from treasury to satisfy the exercise of the above options. Following those transfers, 1,069,904 ordinary shares remain in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company are 32,068,852.
