[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n\nHargreaves Services plc\n(\"Hargreaves\" or the \"Group\") \nExercise of Options and Total Voting Rights\nHargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 6 September 2023, Niall Fraser (a PDMR) exercised options over 27,671 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an exercise price of nil pence per share. The options were granted under the Company's 2020 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme H and 13,050 of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise were sold immediately at 462.5 pence per Ordinary Share to fund associated tax and NI liabilities.\nThe option exercise was satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury. Following the transfer, 457,617 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the new total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,681,139.
