[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 1610H\n Hargreaves Services PLC\n 04 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Hargreaves Services plc \n \n \n (\"Hargreaves\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Director Dealings\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Hargreaves Services plc\n \n (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 4 April 2022 three Directors exercised options over 167,586 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an exercise price of 10 pence per share. The options were granted under the Hargreaves Services plc 2019 Share Option Scheme and all of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercises were retained by the Directors. The Directors are responsible for the payment of all income tax and national insurance contributions (including employer's national insurance contributions) due on the exercise of these options.\n \n \n \n \n \n The option exercises were satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury. \n Following the transfers, 611,118 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the new total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,527,638.
