[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \nHargreaves Services plc\n(\"Hargreaves\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nAppointment of Chief Operating Officer\n \nHargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental, infrastructure and property sectors, announces the appointment of Simon Hicks as Chief Operating Officer (\"COO\") and Executive Director, starting on 1 June 2025.\n \nSimon has a wealth of experience across the infrastructure and energy markets, having held senior positions within Cape plc, Altrad Services, Bilfinger and most recently as CEO of Evero Energy Limited, a privately-owned waste-to-energy producer with five operational plants across the UK.\n \nSimon will join the Board of Hargreaves Services plc following the previously announced retirement of David Anderson (Group Property Director). Simon's initial focus will be on the creation and delivery of value within the Group's Services business unit.\n \nRoger McDowell, Group Chair said: \"We are delighted to welcome Simon to Hargreaves and look forward to him starting his new role where his early focus will be on unlocking further potential from our Services business.
