Result of AGM
Harena Rare Earths Plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were duly passed, with resolutions 1 through 7 and 9 receiving unanimous approval of 100% or 99.99% of votes cast. Resolution 10, a special resolution, also passed with 99.99% of votes in favour. While resolutions 4 and 8 saw a number of votes withheld, totaling 4,449,206 and 49,703,565 respectively, these did not prevent the resolutions from passing.
