Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies ('AIM Rules'), has tendered its resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser which will take effect from 30 September 2008. \n\nThe Company is actively seeking a replacement Nominated Adviser. However, in the absence of the appointment of a replacement Nominated Adviser on or before 30 September 2008, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules.
