[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 6355X Hardide PLC 26 June 2008 \n \nHARDIDE PLC ('Hardide' or the 'Company')\n\nResults of General Meeting\n\nHardide is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, Shareholders passed all the resolutions, as detailed in the circular sent to Shareholders dated 4 June 2008. Accordingly, the proposals set out in the announcement made on 3 June 2008 can now be concluded.
