The results of the votes will be available on the Company's website.\nFollowing the approval by Shareholders of the Share Capital Consolidation and Fundraising, application has been made for the re-admission of a total 48,451,917 ordinary shares of 4 pence each (being the Company's issued share capital following the Share Capital Consolidation plus the Fundraising Shares) (\"Admission\"). Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
