The resolution put to the court meeting was passed following a poll, the results of which are set out below:\n \n\n\n\n\nResolution\n\n\nVotes for\n\n\nVotes against\n\n\n\n\n1. Approving Scheme of arrangement\n\n\n42,211,645\n99.96%\n\n\n17,743\n0.04%\n\n\n\n\n \nThe resolution put to the general meeting was passed on a show of hands.
