[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \nHarbour Energy plc\n(\"Harbour Energy\" or the \"Company\")\nPublication of 2024 Annual Report and 2025 AGM Notice\n27 March 2025\n \nHarbour Energy announces that it has today published on its website at www.harbourenergy.com the following documents:\n \n§ Integrated Annual Report and Accounts and ESG Review for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the \"2024 Annual Report\"); and\n§ Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 May 2025 (\"2025 AGM Notice\").\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the 2024 Annual Report, 2025 AGM Notice, the AGM proxy form (\"Proxy Form\"), the rules of the Harbour Energy 2025 Long Term Incentive Plan and the rules of the Harbour Energy Global Employee Share Purchase Plan have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \nThe AGM will be held at 151 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 9SZ on Thursday 8 May 2025.
