[{"type":"text","content":"\n Holidaybreak PLC\n25 May 2007\n\n\n25 May 2007\n\nHolidaybreak plc\n\nPosting of Circular, Expected Timetable\n\nFurther to the announcement on 18 May 2007, Holidaybreak plc announces that the\nCircular, in relation to the proposed acquisition by PGL Holdings of PGL and\ncontaining a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders\n(the \"EGM\") to approve the resolution necessary in connection with the\nacquisition, has been posted to shareholders today.\n\nCopies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will\nshortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document\nViewing Facility, which is situated at:\n\nFinancial Services Authority, 25, The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14\n5HS\n\nTerms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those in the\nCircular.\n\n\n\nExpected timetable of principal events:\n\nLatest time and date for receipt of forms of proxy 10:30 a.m. on 9 June 2007\n\nExtraordinary General Meeting 10:30 a.m. on 11 June 2007\n\nCompletion of the Acquisition 12 June 2007\n\nReferences to times in this announcement are to London time unless otherwise\nstated.\n\nNotes\n\n1. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the EGM is entitled to appoint one\nor more proxies (who need not be a member of the Company) to attend and, on a\npoll, to vote instead of him or her. A Form of Proxy for use by members is\nenclosed with the Circular. In order to be valid, the Form of Proxy and any\npower of attorney or other authority under which it is signed, or a notarially\ncertified or office copy of such power or authority, or an electronic proxy\nvoting instruction, must reach the Company's registrars, Capita Registrars,\nProxy Processing Centre, Telford Road, Bicester, OX26 4LD not less than 48 hours\nbefore the time of the Meeting or of any adjournment of the Meeting.\n\n2. Alternatively, a member may register his or her proxy electronically on the\nCompany's registrars' website www.capitaregistrars.com. In order to use this\nservice, shareholders will be required to enter their Investor Code which is\nprinted on the Form of Proxy. Completion and return of the Form of Proxy or\nregistering a proxy electronically will not preclude a member from attending and\nvoting at the Meeting in person, if he or she wishes to do so.\n\n3.
