[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 5628U Holidaybreak PLC 19 October 2010 \n \n\nTuesday 19 October 2010: For immediate release \n \nHOLIDAYBREAK PLC \n \nInvestor Day \n \nRevised Notice of Full Year Results\n \n \n \nHolidaybreak, the education and activity travel group, announces that it is today hosting an Investor Day for analysts and investors at its PGL outdoor education centre at Liddington, near Swindon.\nNo new financial information for the 2010 financial year will be released at this event. The Group reiterates the guidance that it gave to the market on 12 August 2010, when it released its interim management statement seven weeks before the financial year end. Holidaybreak continues to perform in line with management expectations and is confident of delivering a good financial performance for the year. \nThe Group now expects to announce its full year results for the 12 months to 30 September 2010 on Tuesday 30 November 2010.\n \nMartin Davies, Group Chief Executive, said:\n\"Education is central to the Group's plans for profitable growth, through consolidation and extension of our market-leading UK position and by taking our core skills to new markets and products, particularly in Europe. \nIn addition, our Camping Division has undertaken a thorough review of the life expectancy of its mobile-home fleet and concluded that its average lifespan can be extended by approximately 2 years. This will have a material positive impact on the Group's cash flow in the medium term.\nWe will also be changing the Group reporting structure. What we currently classify as our education and adventure businesses will in future report as part of a single Education & Adventure Division.
