Harbour Energy plc announced the appointment of Gregory Hill as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective January 1, 2026, who will join the Audit & Risk and Health, Safety, Environment & Security Committees. Hill brings extensive global energy leadership experience, including his tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hess Corporation from January 2009 until its merger with Chevron in July 2025, and prior roles at Shell. He will serve on the Board's Audit & Risk and Health, Safety, Environment & Security Committees.\n \nGreg joins the Board with extensive global energy leadership experience. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Hess Corporation from January 2009 until completion of the merger of Hess with Chevron in July 2025; in addition, Greg served as an Executive Director on the Hess Board from 2009 to 2015. Before joining Hess, Greg spent 25 years at Shell in senior roles across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the U.S., including Executive Vice President of Exploration and Production for Shell Asia Pacific and Vice President of Production for Shell E&P Europe.\n \nHarbour also announces that Alan Ferguson, who was appointed Interim Senior Independent Director in July 2025, has been confirmed in the role on a permanent basis. \n \nR.
