[{"type":"text","content":"Haranga Resources Limited (ASX: HAR, 'Haranga' or 'the Company') advises, that completion of the acquisition of the Lincoln Gold Project is expected to be finalised by end of this week.\nThe Company notes that it had anticipated to complete on or about the 30th June 2025, however sampling results from its technical due diligence from available select historical drill core and pulps, has only been recently received as announced today (Refer Announcement ASX: 7 July 20252) (Exceptional High Grade Gold Assays from Due Diligence). To date, no material issues have been identified from the due diligence investigations.\nThe Company is currently working through the administrative aspects of completion, such as share transfers, signing of various agreements (e.g. deeds of assignment and assumption, escrow agreements etc.) and finalisation of other conditions precedent (such as the vendor share issuances approved at the Company's General Meeting on the 11th of June 2025). Significant progress has been made on site, as the Company prepares for its Maiden drill program at the Lincoln Gold Project, as well as for drilling at the Company's Ibel South Gold Project.
