Under the agreement, Blanton will provide all of the customary services of a Chief Financial Officer, but will not be formally added as a director to the company for a period of ninety (90) days. \"We are very excited to have a financial executive of the caliber of Randall Blanton,\" said Hannover House President Don Frederick Shefte. \"I worked with Randy during my years as a trust officer at the Bank of Fayetteville, and learned to respect and rely upon the accuracy and value of Randy's financial advice in his capacity as CFO for the Bank.\" \"Blanton brings over three decades of high-level financial advisory and CFO experience to Hannover House,\" said C.E.O. Eric Parkinson. \"He will be an important addition to our team in our new capacity as a fully-reporting, audited company, especially with our S-1 Registration and MyFlix launch on the immediate horizon.\"Blanton is a honors graduate with a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, and the Arkansas Banking School. He became a Certified Public Accountant under the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy in 1984. As CFO for the First National Bank in Fayetteville (1985 - 1992), Blanton performed all of the essential financial executive duties for banking and audit compliance. From 1992 until 2006, Blanton was the CFO at the Bank of Fayetteville; from 2006 until 2014 he was the CFO at Legacy National Bank; and from 2014 to 2018, the CFO at Rivertown Bank in Dardenelle, Arkansas. Hannover House anticipates entering into an agreement for a full-time position with Blanton as CFO, once the company's current registration and filings are fully certified, which is a requirement for the company to obtain Director's and Officers Liability Insurance coverage.Blanton will work out of the Hannover House management office in Fayetteville, Arkansas, along with President Don Frederick Shefte, CEO Eric Parkinson and support staff for Hannover House and the MyFlix ventures.","length":2234,"tagName":"div"}]
