(OTC: HHSE) has begun hiring full-time, dedicated staff for the company's new MyFlix streaming service, to supplement and supervise the outside contracting firms that have been working on the project this past year. New staff positions include Director of Operations, Director of Production and Office Manager. Hannover House President and C.E.O. Eric Parkinson will direct the new staff, along with consultation from board advisors Christian Large, Kyle Martens and Steven Kay, Esq.\"As we approach the consumer launch of MyFlix, we can no longer rely solely upon the services of outside contractors that have been building the site, preparing the masters and creating marketing and social media materials,\" said Parkinson. \"We will continue to utilize these suppliers, but with more direct Hannover House – MyFlix supervision from our new support staff.\"All three of these new hires will commence as of December 1 and will work from the company's existing offices in Fayetteville, Arkansas. During December, MyFlix expects to hire four more data entry and analytics workers, bringing the total employee count at that location to eight.\"Unlike the company's prior business model of DVD manufacturing and shipping, running a streaming service does not require a large warehouse or an army of fulfillment employees,\" said Parkinson. \"With MyFlix, all of the programming delivery, credit card process and royalty accounting are done digitally, instantly and accurately without requiring employee input or error. We can substantially increase the bottom-line profit results for Hannover House through this new digital streaming business model of greater revenues against dramatically lowered costs,\" he concluded.MyFlix is a multi-studio streaming platform with more than forty program suppliers collectively representing over 15,000 feature films. The launch will include \"per-transaction\" viewing options, monthly subscription options and “\"free viewing\" under an advertiser supported option. MyFlix is also preparing and educational channel, an interactive gaming channel and a consumer-access channel that will allow uploads of videos, with advertiser revenue shares to be significantly higher than those currently offered to content providers through existing consumer upload sites.
