2 Rineon has not filed:
1. interim financial statements for the financial periods ended November 30, 2008 and February 28, 2009, as required under Part 4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102),
2. a Form 51-1 02Fl Management's Discussion and Analysis for the periods ended November 30, 2008 and February 28, 2009, as required under Part 5 of NI 51-102,
3. a copy of Rineon's news release dated March 30,2009 and a related material change report, as required under Part 7 of NI 51-102,
4. a news release and material change report relating to each of the material changes in Rineon's affairs since September 15,2008, including its change of name and business, change of management and control, and acquisition from NatProv Holdings Inc., a
Amalphis Group Inc., a British Virgin Islands corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary Allied Provident Insurance, Inc., a Barbados corporation (together Amalphis Group), as required under Part 7 of NI 51-102,
5. a copy of the following documents that the Rineon filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC):
(a) Form 8-KJA Current Report dated September 11, 2008 and filed
October 15, 2008,
(b) Post Effective Amendment #2 to Form SB-2 on Form S-1 SEC File No. 333148189 Registration Statement under the Securities Act of 1933 dated and filed December 18, 2008,
(c) Form 8-K Current Report dated and filed April 1,2009,
(d) Form 8-K Current Report dated and filed May 8, 2009, and
(e) Form 8-K Current Report dated and filed May ]4, 2009,
as required under section] 11.1 of NI 51-102, (the required records).
3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading in the securities of Rineon cease until:
1. it files the required records, completed in accordance with the Act and rules, and
2. the Executive Director makes an order under section] 7] of the Act revoking this order.
