[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 7459U\n Hammerson PLC\n 08 April 2021\n \n \n \n \n FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE\n \n \n \n \n \n Hammerson plc (the \"Company\")\n \n \n Virtual Shareholder Engagement Session\n \n \n 8 April 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n As announced on 29 March 2021 and set out in the Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting dated 29 March 2021 (the \"Notice\"), the Company will be holding a Virtual Shareholder Engagement Session (the \"ShareholderEngagement Session\") on Wednesday, 14 April 2021 at 2.00 p.m. (BST).\n \n \n \n \n \n Whilst shareholders will be able to ask questions at the Shareholder Engagement Session itself, you are encouraged to submit any questions in advance by email to \n \n [email protected]\n \n to enable the Company to answer questions more fully and efficiently. \n \n \n \n \n \n To join the Shareholder Engagement Session, \n you will need to visit the Hammerson plc website at: \n \n www.hammerson.com\n \n using your smartphone, tablet or computer and follow the link to the webcast. You will then be prompted to enter your 11 digit 'Investor Code' (\"IVC\"), including any leading zeros, and 'PIN'. Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your IVC. This will authenticate you as a shareholder. Your IVC can be found on your share certificate, or Signal Shares users (\n \n www.signalshares.com\n \n ) will find this under 'Manage your account' when logged in to the Signal Shares portal. \n \n \n \n \n \n If your shares are held beneficially within a nominee, through a CSDP or broker and you wish to attend the Shareholder Engagement Session, you will need to contact your nominee, CSDP or broker immediately. Your nominee, CSDP or broker will need to have completed a letter of representation and presented this to Link Group (if your shares are held on the UK Register) or Computershare (if your shares are held on the South Africa Register), as the case may be, no later than 72 hours before the start of the Shareholder Engagement Session in order that they can obtain for you your unique Login Code and PIN number to attend the Shareholder Engagement Session.
