Fee-earning assets under management increased 15% to $46.1 billion over the same period. Revenue – Management and advisory fees of $79.8 million for the quarter represents growth of 6% versus the prior year period. Carried Interest – Unrealized carried interest balance of $1.1 billion was up 114% year-over-year. Earnings per share – GAAP EPS of $1.40 on $51.8 million of GAAP net income for the quarter. Dividend – Declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share of Class A common stock to record holders at the close of business on March 15, 2022 that will be paid on April 6, 2022.
