Hamak Gold Limited (LSE: HAMA) announces the resignation of Walter S. McCarthty as a Non-Executive Director as at the 31 January 2023. Mr McCarthy has taken up a full-time role in the mining industry that will not allow sufficient time for him to dedicate to Hamak Gold as a director.
