The purchased shares will not be subject to cancellation\nand will all be held as Treasury shares in order to satisfy awards under the\nHalma p.l.c. Performance Share Plan 2005.\n\nFollowing the above purchase, Halma p.l.c. holds 451,635 ordinary shares as\nTreasury shares.
