Halma PLC 8 March 2000 DIRECTOR'S SHARE TRANSACTION Halma p.l.c. has today received notification that Mr S R O'Shea, Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at 97p per share. After the above transaction, the beneficial holding of Mr O'Shea in the Ordinary shares of Halma p.l.c. increases to 120,980 shares (0.03% of the issued Ordinary share capital).
