The current number of shares now held in Treasury should have been adjusted to the figure below.\n \nIn conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Halfords Group plc (\"the Company\") would like to notify the market of the following:\n \nAs at 31 July 2011, the Company's issued share capital consists of 205,194,669 Ordinary 1p shares, with voting rights attached of one vote per Ordinary share. The Company holds 2,705,000 shares in Treasury.
