(TSXV: HPM) (the “Company” or “Halcones”) announces that further to its press releases dated June 21, 2023 and July 19, 2023, it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) with respect to the duration of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the Company (the “Units”), at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000 (the “Offering”). As such, the outside date upon which final acceptance of the Offering may be granted by the TSXV has been extended from August 5, 2023 to August 25, 2023.
