Welcome back to Gunther Grant Inc. After a long-anticipated return to the OTC we have done so with amazing and prosperous changes to our company. We have taken a wonderful and exciting path forward.

Our new structure and product line have resulted in a 90% reduction in overhead and has virtually eliminated the need for financing as in the past when we had to deliver finished product prior to receiving payment. GNGR is now funded by sales that are almost entirely prepaid.

Our website www.gunthergrant.com has lots of information about our new products design and mold making technology that are being used to create significant sales worldwide. Many of our product designs are sent all over the USA as well as to Europe and Asia.

With the market wide open in this lucrative business there is no limit to our potential reach and continued growth as proven by our expanding, year-round sales and customer satisfaction.

GNGR needed time to regroup and evaluate past experience and business practices as any business does. The outcome is a much better understanding of markets, products, customer demand and a sharpened focus on what works well. Our successful reduction of overhead costs and vastly diminished reliance on production financing have enabled us to take full control of those two major factors that can put a strangle hold on the growth of small companies. We are pleased that throughout our hiatus from OTC reporting, we have NOT had a need to alter our original share structure -- no dilution, no splits, no merges.

Worldwide sales of our designs have become well established, and already with repeat customers, as we’ve entered into a market that continues to grow in a very popular sector worldwide.
