[{"type":"text","content":"As we approach the new year I would like to reflect on the events of 2008 and earlier, and to stress the importance of trust vs. face value misrepresentations. Some people have asked me why I am listed on the Pink Sheets. Their tone is usually one of disapproval. My reply is simple. Past and recent events that have created quite possibly the worst financial situation for investors big and small were done on stock exchanges that investors trusted based on the exchange's reputation. Enron, Tyco, Worldcom. The banking crisis and now the $50 billion dollar Madoff Wall Street guru Ponzi scheme were listed on those reputable exchanges.I was once sitting in my dentist's waiting room reading an article on Dennis Koslowski who ran Tyco. He was on top of the world and I said to myself \"Why can't I be like him? I'm smart, I know business and can think on my own.\" Then one day soon after reading that article, he was arrested and put in jail. I then said \"THANK GOD I am not that man!\" So in one instance I realized that maybe I am better off then many of those CEOs who are in jail, dead or under house arrest. Simply put, WE are here and they are not. We are a Pink Sheet company and proud of it. Those other companies left many of those people with no retirement or savings. So to anyone questioning our listing on the Pink Sheets, I say just look at which exchanges are listing companies that are deceiving the investing public and creating losses totalling in the billions, if not trillions of dollars. In 2009 we will be starting our marketing plan and increasing our online visibility. We have spent much time and energy during the past two years getting to this point and we look forward with great anticipation to implementing our plans. I plan on keeping the public informed of our progress and where we are headed.
