(TSXV:ASW, OTCQX:ASWRF) (\"Anglo Swiss\" or \"the Company\") today announced that at the Annual\n General Meeting held on Friday, September 16, 2011 in Toronto, a quorum\n was present, all resolutions were passed, and that Todd Keast, Blair\n Zaritsky, and recently appointed CEO, Jari Paakki, were elected as\n directors of the Company joining incumbent directors Tom Obradovich,\n David Constable, and Chris Robbins who were re-elected.\n\n\nDavid Constable, Chairman, commented, \"We have been focused on\n augmenting the skill set of the board and team in order to advance\n Anglo Swiss. The addition of Todd and Blair as directors, and Jari as\n both CEO and director fulfill that objective. They collectively bring a\n wealth of technical experience, business acumen, and strong\n relationships within the financial and mineral exploration industries.\n With their help we can continue to focus on advancing our key assets\n and realizing the corporate objectives of the Company on behalf of our\n shareholders.\"\n\n\nMr. Keast is a professional geologist with over 24 years of hands on\n field exploration experience, combined with numerous years of senior\n management and public company experience. He has been a consulting\n geologist since 1996 and has been employed by exploration companies\n throughout Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba and has extensive experience\n and a successful track record exploring for gold, volcanogenic massive\n sulphide (VMS), nickel-copper sulphide and industrial minerals. His\n skill set includes expertise from grassroots target generation through\n to deposit discovery including resource evaluation, environmental\n permitting, stakeholder relations and preliminary economic evaluation\n He currently serves as the President, and is a co-founder, of Manitou\n Gold Inc. and has been both a director and Vice President of\n Exploration for Canadian Arrow Mines Ltd.  since 2006. Prior to that\n Mr. Keast served as the Exploration Manager for Canadian Royalties\n Inc.  He holds a B.Sc.
