Anglo Swiss Appoints Jari Paakki to CEO & David Constable to Chairman

(TSXV:ASW) (OTCQX:ASWRF) (\"Anglo Swiss\" or \"the Company\") today announced that it has appointed\n Mr. Jari Paakki, MSc, PGeo, to the position of Chief Executive Officer,\n subject to regulatory approval and that interim CEO, Mr. David\n Constable has accepted the appointment as Chairman of the Board. Both\n appointments are effective immediately.\n\n\nMr. Paakki, is a Professional Geologist with 20 years of experience in\n gold and base metal exploration covering a broad range of deposit\n types, environments and exploration methodologies. Jari also has\n extensive junior resource company management experience and a\n demonstrated ability to create a strong technical team, manage staff\n and contractors, obtain permits, manage budgets, and negotiate\n JV/Option Agreements. Jari has also successfully liaised with various\n government agencies and indigenous groups during his career. Further,\n he has a track record of successfully advancing projects at all levels\n and a history of exploration discoveries.\n\n\nJari began his career with Falconbridge Limited in nickel-copper and VMS\n exploration, and subsequently spent twelve years with Teck\n Exploration/Teck Cominco Limited in increasingly senior roles, which\n culminated in the position of Senior Geologist. During his time with\n Teck, he was involved in numerous projects including the supervision of\n regional and near-mine exploration around the Hemlo gold deposit, which\n resulted in the discovery of new gold prospects, as well as successful\n project generation initiatives throughout eastern Canada targeting\n primarily gold, VMS, and nickel-copper-PGE deposits. Most recently, he\n has held positions of VP Exploration and Project Development, notably\n for Blackstone Ventures where he developed and implemented exploration\n activities in Norway and Sweden. These programs ranged from grassroots\n projects, where he outlined an unexplored VMS copper-zinc-gold belt and\n discovered significant new Fe Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) targets in the\n world-class Kiruna District, through to resource definition level\n projects, which resulted in an NI43-101 compliant resource estimate\n totaling over 300 million pounds of combined nickel and copper.
