Mr Jackson, whose appointment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Board was announced on 14 February 2019, was expected to join GMS in July 2019. The Board has immediately re-started the search process led by Spencer Stuart and will inform shareholders of progress as soon as practicable.
