The 2019 Annual Report and the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting will be available shortly on the Company's website at \n \n \n www.gmsuae.com\n \n \n . \n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of these documents are being submitted to the UK Listing Authority via a National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to the public for inspection at\n \n \n https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, additional information is set out in the appendices to this announcement.
