Lifting of Temporary Suspension

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces that following the Company publishing its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("FY25 Results") the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has lifted the temporary suspension of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the Official List of the FCA, which was put in place on 1 August 2025 pending the publication of its FY25 Results, and that trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the Company's ordinary shares has been restored.
