End of MiCA Transitional Period in Lithuania
GSTechnologies Limited announced that its Lithuanian subsidiary, GS Fintech UAB, has not obtained crypto-asset service provider authorisation under MiCA by the 31 December 2025 transitional period deadline, despite a September 2025 application. The company intends to resubmit its application in Q1 2026 and will ensure trading continuity by transitioning operations to its recently acquired Polish VASP-registered entity, Finferno Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością.
