Accounts Publication Delay & Temporary Suspension

Delay to publication of Report and Accounts and Temporary Suspension

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces that the Company will not be in a position to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("FY25") by 31 July 2025 as required by the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules for the publication of audited financial statements.  Accordingly, the Company has requested, from 7:30 a.m. on 1 August 2025, a suspension of the Company's listing from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Although the audit procedures are substantially complete, and the Company expects to report FY25 results in line with the Directors' expectations, the Company's auditor has requested more time to complete its internal oversight and assurance processes.  The principal reason for this is the additional procedures required following the change in the Company's auditor, as announced on 8 May 2025.

The Company continues to work closely with Moore Kingston Smith LLP, auditor to the Company, to ensure that the audited report and accounts for FY25 is published as soon as possible and will request a restoration of its listing once published.  

Notwithstanding the temporary suspension of the Company's listing from the Official List and from trading in the Company's ordinary shares, the Company will continue to make announcements as required under the UK Listing Rules.
