(OTCQB:GSRX) (“Green Spirit” or the “Company”) announced today that it commenced construction on a new Green Spirit RX medicinal cannabis dispensary in Puerto Rico.  Located in the Isla Verde district of Carolina, this is the location for which the Company has received pre-qualification for a dispensary license from the Department of Health of Puerto Rico.  Following construction and inspection, operations will commence upon receipt of the requisite operating permit from the DHPR.\n Currently, there are three Green Spirit RX medicinal cannabis dispensaries open in Puerto Rico: one in Dorado, one in Carolina and one in San Juan’s Hato Rey neighborhood.  The Company has additional locations currently under construction in Fajardo, San Juan (Andalucia) and Bayamón. “We are looking forward to opening another one of our Green Spirit RX dispensaries to serve patients in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico,” said Les Ball, CEO of Green Spirit.  “Once completed and fully licensed, our new location in Isla Verde will join others in our rapidly-expanding network of retail locations throughout Puerto Rico and the U.S.” Green Spirit’s newest Green Spirit RX dispensary is located at 1060 Av.
