(OTC Pink:GSRX) (“Green Spirit” or, the “Company”) announced today that it has been issued the requisite establishment license by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico (“DHPR”) to commence operations of the Company’s third Puerto Rico medicinal cannabis dispensary, which is located in the Hato Rey neighborhood of San Juan. Green Spirit’s newest dispensary is located at Calle César González #508, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico 00918, a heavily trafficked area that is in close proximity to a large concentration of medical facilities, most notably Clinica las Americas Medical Center and El Maestro Hospital. San Juan‘s Hato Rey district includes a mix of both residential and commercial properties and is the city’s most densely populated district. Green Spirit currently operates a Green Spirit RX dispensary located in the Paseo del Plata Shopping Center, Building No. 3, P.R. 696, int. José Efrón Avenue, Dorado, Puerto Rico, along with The Green Room, a full-service (medicinal and recreational) cannabis dispensary business located at 138 Main Street in Point Arena, Mendocino County, California.
