(\n \n\n TSX-V: GSPR / FSE:\n \n\n\n 0YD / OTC: GSRCF\n \n\n\n )\n \n\n (the\n“\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ” or “\n \n\n GSP\n \n\n ”) announces receipt of final assay\nresults from its recently completed Fall 2025 geologic reconnaissance\ntargeting program at the Mer Porphyry and Al conductor targets, in\naddition to the newly discovered high-grade silver-copper Apex target\nwithin the Alwin Mine Zone.  Assays for an additional 204 targeted\ngrid soil samples, as well as hyperspectral TerraSpec® analysis of\nrock samples, are pending.\n \n\n\n\n On October 28, 2025 the Company announced initial rush\nrock grab assay results that yielded high grade copper-silver plus\ngold; including\n \n\n 348\ngrams-per-tonne (g/t) silver (Ag), 11.9% copper (Cu); and 104 g/t Ag,\n1.2 g/t gold, and 4.2% Cu\n \n\n from the Apex Zone.\n An additional 50 surface rock grab sample assays have been received\nwith highlights as follows (Figure 1, and Table 1):\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Apex Zone sample highlights including four additional\nsamples returning 1.07 to 2.26 g/t Au; 33 to 83 g/t Ag; and 0.90 to\n3.3% Cu, respectively\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Mer Showing yields a broad 100 x 50 m area yielding 12\nsamples returning between 0.14 to 1.02% Cu, and averaging 0.4%\nCu\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Previously unsampled historic Mer Eastern Trenches,\nlocated 650 east of Mer Showing return bornite mineralized trench\nfloat sample yielding 3.1% Cu, 12 g/t Ag\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Key\nTakeaways\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Assays from the Apex Zone cement this target as a high\npriority for follow-up exploration and diamond drilling given its\nhigh-grade base-plus precious metal signature that bears similarities\nto the adjacent Alwin Mine.  Initial sampling in the Little OK Lake\nand Area D zones both yielding multiple high grade copper values\nhighlight a 1.5 km trend extending across the southern Alwin Property.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The emerging MER Zone represents an attractive\nearly-stage porphyry target that warrants modern diam...
