(\n \n \n TSX-V: GSPR\n \n \n ) (the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ” or\n“\n \n \n GSP\n \n \n ”) reports assay results of the recently completed surface\ndiamond drill program at the Alwin Mine project (the “Alwin\nProperty”).  All drill holes intersected Copper-Gold-Silver\nmineralization at shallow depths, with hole AM23-01 reporting some of\nthe highest grades of copper and precious metals drilled at Alwin in\nthe project’s history.\n \n \n \n \n Drillhole AM23-01 intersected 2.42%\nCu, 47.0 gpt Ag, and 0.57 gpt Au over 12.8m including a 5.7m interval\naveraging 5.21% Cu, 103.1 gpt Ag and 1.22 gpt Au.\n \n \n \n \n The result of this drilling demonstrates the high-grade\npotential for the Alwin project and reinforces the polymetallic upside\nwith significant gold and silver values.  GSP’s data compilation\nexercise completed in 2023 suggests that many of the historic\ndrillholes in the pre-2008 exploration of the property did not include\nassays for gold and silver.\n \n \n \n \n The drill program, completed in November 2023, was\ndesigned to target high-grade copper zones at the Alwin Property\nlocated in the Highland Valley Copper Camp of British Columbia.  A\ntotal of 5 HQ-size diamond drill holes were completed totaling 640\nmetres\n \n \n (see the Company’s\nnews release dated November 22, 2023\n \n \n ).\n Drilling was completed from three sites over a 100-metre strike\nlength targeting the upper and lower levels of the historic Alwin Mine\n“4 Zone” (\n \n \n Figure\n1\n \n \n ).\n \n \n \n \n Figure 1.
