(\n \n\n TSX-V: GSPR / FSE:\n \n\n\n 0YD / OTC:\nGSRCF\n \n\n\n )\n \n\n (the “\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ” or “\n \n\n GSP\n \n\n ”) announces\ninitial results for the first of 7 diamond drill holes totaling 812\nmetres designed to target potential extensions of known high grade\ncopper and gold zones at the Alwin Property located in the Highland\nValley Copper Camp of British Columbia.  The Alwin Project hosts\ncurrent inferred mineral resources comprising 1.46 million tonnes (Mt)\ntonnes, at an average grade of 1.08% copper (Cu), yielding 34.6\nmillion pounds of Cu.\n \n\n\n\n Drill hole\n \n\n AM-24-01 intersected multiple zones of high-grade copper-silver-gold\nmineralization\n \n\n over a combined 36.2 metre (m)\ncore interval.  Significant assay results include a main zone\naveraging\n \n\n 2.41% Cu, 35\ngrams-per-tonne (g/t) silver (Ag), and 0.68 g/t gold (Au) over 17.4\nm\n \n\n , including\n \n\n 4.11% Copper, 60 g/t Ag and 0.95 g/t Au\nover 8.4 m\n \n\n ; in addition to an upper zone grading\n \n\n 1.01% Cu and 10.7 g/t Ag over\n5.5 m\n \n\n (\n \n\n Figure 1 and Table 1\n \n\n ).\n \n\n\n\n The assay results for drill hole\n \n\n AM-24-01\n \n\n confirm the\npresence of significant widths of high-grade copper mineralization\nbelow historically mined open stopes at greater than 10x the open pit\ncopper lower cut-off of the Company’s current mineral resource, and\nin addition, affirm the consistent nature of accompanying gold and\nsilver which add significant value in terms of\ncopper-equivalency.\n \n\n\n\n Assay results from the remaining 6 drill holes\ncompleted during the 2024 Alwin Mine drill campaign are pending and\nwill be released in the coming weeks as they are received.\n \n\n\n\n The Company also announces that it has acquired an\nundivided 100% interest in the Alwin Project.
