GS Chain Plc, a UK company admitted to the Equity Shares (Shell Companies) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "Official List") and to the main market of the London Stock Exchange Group Plc ("Main Market"), announces that Mr. Mark Wilson has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other professional opportunities.

The Board would like to thank Mark for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
