Resolution No. 24/2026 of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. of 26 March 2026

Pursuant to § 4.3.a) of the Company Management Board By-law, it is resolved as follows:

1. To accept and submit to the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting the consolidated annual financial statements of Grupa Kęty S.A. for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, as appended to this resolution.

2. The resolution comes into force on 26 March 2026.

   There were 3 votes cast, including 3 votes "for" the resolution, no votes "abstained", and

   no votes "against".
