To obtain the dial-in details, Shareholders on the Mauritian register will need to email Intercontinental Secretarial Services Limited (\n \n [email protected]\n \n ) and Shareholders on the UK register will need to email Link Assets Services Limited (\n \n [email protected]\n \n ).\n \n \n \n \n \n Please note that any such participation via the dial-in facility shall constitute formal attendance in relation to the AGM and Shareholders will be able to take avail of the call facilities to participate in the proceedings and to ask questions remotely. Shareholders attending virtually however, will not be able to speak or vote on any resolutions through the call facility.
