Matshepo More therefore ceases to be a member of the Board of directors of Grit with immediate effect. A new representative will be nominated by the PIC in due course. \n \nThe PIC, who hold 27.6%, is Grit's largest shareholder.\n \nBy way of background, the PIC is one of the largest and most successful investment managers in Africa and wholly owned by the South African Government.
