SW1Y 6LX, United Kingdom\nTelephone: + 44 (0)20 7629 7772 Facsimile: + 44 (0)20 7629 7773\nE mail: [email protected]\n \nExercise of Options\n \n19th December 2019.\nGriffin Mining Ltd (\"the Company\") announces that the Company has been notified on 17th December 2019 of the exercise of options (\"the Options\") over 37,500 new ordinary shares in the Company granted in February 2015 at an exercise price of 30p per share and consequent receipt of £11,250.\nThe Options have been exercised, and the new Ordinary shares issued to a person who is not a Person Discharging Management Responsibilities (\"PDMR\")\n \n Following the exercise of the Options there will be 172,786,228 Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue. 540,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.\n \nApplication will be made to the London Stock Exchange for 37,500 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.
