The\ncenter of the property is about 38.96° North Latitude,\n116.70\n \n \n \n \n °\n \n \n West Longitude.\n \n \n \n \n Geology and Mineralization\n \n \n \n \n The Volt Canyon Lithium Property is sediment-hosted\nlithium clay targets. Access to the property is good and both future\nexploration and exploitation work could be conducted year-round.\nMinimal work has been conducted on the project to date, but surface\nsamples reported in regional NURE data run up to 108 ppm Li near the\nclaim block.\n \n \n \n \n The origin of this lithium deposit is suspected to be\nsimilar to Clayton Valley clay deposits located about 180 km to the\nsouth. Both areas are reasonably well represented by the USGS\npreliminary deposit model, which describes the primary characteristics\nas light-colored, ash-rich, lacustrine (lake) rocks containing\nswelling clays.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Tim Fernback, Nickel Rock’s President & CEO\ncomments\n \n \n “Volt Canyon\nLithium Project has been relatively unexplored to date, but the\nlithium exploration potential due to the geothermal activity in the\nproject area is compelling.  Our geological team has been assessing\nthis overall area for several months for its lithium exploration\npotential.  It is the Company’s intention to rapidly evaluate the\nlithium potential of this project over the coming months.  It is\nNickel Rock’s intent to complete an initial NI #43-101 ...
