(dba Capital Analytica)\n(“Capital Analytica”) to provide a multi-faceted Promotional\nEnhancement Service. Capital Analytica is a Nanaimo, BC based company.\n \n \n \n \n The\n \n \n Company has entered into a\nConsulting Agreement (the “Agreement) with Capital Analytica dated\nMarch 6, 2024.\n \n \n Pursuant to the Agreement,\nCapital Analytica has agreed to provide services to the Company and\nthe Company will pay Capital Analytica a fee of $60,000 upon TSX\nVenture Exchange (“Exchange”) approval for a term of six months,\nwith an option to renew the Agreement for an additional six-month\nterm.
