(dba\nCapital Analytica) (“Capital Analytica”) to provide a\nmulti-faceted Promotional Enhancement Service. Capital Analytica is a\nNanaimo, BC based company.\n \n \n \n \n The\n \n \n Company has entered into a\nConsulting Agreement (the “Agreement) with Capital Analytica dated\nJune 29, 2023.\n \n \n Pursuant to the Agreement,\nCapital Analytica has agreed to provide services to the Company and\nthe Company will pay Capital Analytica a fee of $60,000 upon Exchange\napproval for a term of three months, with an option to renew the\nAgreement for an additional three-month term.
