[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n GreenRoc Mining Plc / EPIC: GROC / Market: AIM / Sector: Mining\n \n \n 24 March 2023\n \n \n \n GreenRoc Mining plc\n \n \n \n (\"GreenRoc\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n 2022 Full Year Results and Publication of Annual Report\n \n \n \n GreenRoc Mining plc (AIM: GROC), a company focused on the development of critical mineral projects in Greenland, today announces its audited results for the year ended 30 November 2022.\n \n \n The Financial Statements (including notes) and the statements of the Chairman and CEO, set out below, have been extracted from GreenRoc's Annual Report, which was approved by the Board on 23 March 2023 and will be sent to shareholders and made available on the Company's website (\n \n www.greenrocmining.com\n \n ).\n \n \n \n Highlights:\n \n \n \n ·\n Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (\"MRE\") of 8.28Mt at 19.75% graphitic carbon (\"C(g)\") declared for the Amitsoq Project in March 2022\n \n \n ·\n Second phase drilling programme at Amitsoq Project completed in September 2022, with:\n \n \n o \n 19 holes drilled for a total of 2,844m, every hole intersecting significant graphite layers\n \n \n o \n Drilling more than doubling the deposit footprint and returning exceptionally high grades\n \n \n ·\n MRE increased post period end to 23.05 Mt at a grade of 20.41% C(g) for 4.71 Mt contained graphite\n \n \n o \n An increase of nearly three times the maiden MRE\n \n \n ·\n Stefan Bernstein appointed as CEO in July 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Post year end highlights:\n \n \n \n ·\n Raised £333k in December 2022 and £550k in March 2023 to fund additional testing and work programmes arising from the highly successful second phase drilling programme\n \n \n ·\n European Raw Materials Alliance declared its official support for the Amitsoq Project in February 2023\n \n \n ·\n MoU signed with Norwegian mining and construction group LNS in March 2023\n \n \n ·\n GreenRoc named \"Greenland's Prospector and Developer of the Year\" at PDAC Toronto in March 2023\n \n \n \n GreenRoc's Chairman,\n George Frangeskides, commented:\n \n \n \"\n \n \n I am very pleased to report that, due in no small measure to the skill and dedication of the entire GreenRoc team, 2022 was a highly successful and significant year for the Company.
