Mr Adams is stepping down for personal reasons. The Board of GreenRoc has accepted his resignation, with 6 May 2022 being his last day with the Company. Lars\n Brünner\n , Non-Executive Director, has taken over the role of CEO while the Company seeks to appoint a long-term successor to the post.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Chairman George Frangeskides said:\n \n \n \n \n \"I would like to thank Kirk for his stewardship of the Company since the IPO and to wish him every success in his future endeavours. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \"The Company is in excellent hands with Lars Br\n \n \n ü\n \n \n nner stepping up as interim CEO while we complete the process for appointing a permanent CEO. Lars has a tremendous knowledge of and affinity to Greenland, allied to strong connections with key Greenlandic stakeholders.
