(NASDAQ:GRNQ) today announced that it has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire 4% of the Millennium Sapphire for US$4 million. The acquisition will be paid via the issuance of 4.44 million GRNQ restricted shares valued at $0.90 per share.The two parties have 30 days to complete the acquisition. GRNQ is currently negotiating to buy the remaining 96% interest in the Millennium Sapphire into its wholly owned Wyoming subsidiary, Millennium Fine Arts, Inc.About the Millennium SapphireThe Millennium Sapphire is widely considered an icon in world of art and gems.
