The deal, previously announced, was delayed due to ownership issues of the underlying property. According to Greengro's James Haas, \"This deal is important to our company and to our industry so we stepped in, made some introductions, and helped with the business plan\". As a result, Globe Farmacy resolved the land issues and raised its first $200,000 in seed capital from a Greengro strategic partner, letting it proceed with phase one of its build-out\".\n Since the project's inception, Greengro has teamed with Tricor Mechanical a subsidiary of Greengro, to be the project consultant. Greengro's flagship Modular Gro systems will be used to construct interior gro rooms, capable of growing cannabis for medicinal use under the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act. All equipment, including its Flux brand of products, will be supplied by its retail brand, Vertical Hydrogarden. \"This project required many hurdles to be cleared before we could reach the build phase and now that we are here, we are ecstatic to move forward.
